Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Booking and Cancellation
To secure a booking for your event date, a non-refundable retainer fee (typically 50% of the total cost) is required. The booking is not confirmed until this payment is received. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
2. Travel and Accommodation
Important Client Responsibility
For outstation weddings (outside Sawai Madhopur), the client is absolutely responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses. This includes flights/trains for the artist and team, and a minimum of a 3-star or equivalent hotel stay. Local transport at the destination must also be provided by the client.
3. Timings and Delays
A start and end time will be agreed upon during booking. We request clients to respect the allotted time slots. Any significant delays caused by the client that result in overtime will be charged by the hour.
4. Copyright and Image Usage
All images, videos, and content created by Katayani Makeovers or its affiliates remain the intellectual property of Kiran Sharma. Unauthorized use, copying, or public display of these images without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to use photographs/videos of the makeup for promotional purposes on our website and social media networks, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement is signed prior to the event.
5. Health and Safety
It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities to certain cosmetics prior to the application. We use high-quality, sanitized products, but Katayani Makeovers cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications.
